About the Republic Day Celebration in Rishikesh

As you all know Republic Day is a very important occasion in our country and we also celebrate this day in our schools and colleges every year. But now, the times have changed. Now, we can make it even more special. So, here, Camping in Rishikesh offers this opportunity and provides you with so many camping and adventure tour packages in Rishikesh, which is a good opportunity for adventure lovers, where they can uniquely celebrate Republic Day and can add more fun to their lives.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Camp Arrival.

Arrive at camp and check-in. Welcome drinks (Jaljeera / Tea /Coffee) are served which are nonalcoholic. Allocation of tents by the camp manager.

Afternoon at 1:00 pm, lunch will be ready, have your hot lunch in the dining area in a buffet system. After this, get ready for riverside fun like swimming, body surfing, and more on Riverside Beach, which is 500 meters from the campsite.

Evening, return to camp.

After darkness, bonfire and veg/non-veg snacks with light music. Dinner will be ready at 9:00 pm. Have dinner and an overnight camp stay.

Day 02: River Rafting.

Breakfast will be ready at 9:00 am. After breakfast at 10:00 am, proceed for river rafting in the holy river Ganga.

Our river rafting expert will provide you a short training on river rafting. Here you will wear some safety equipment like a life jacket, helmet, etc.

Start rafting for the 16 km stretch in which you will hit some enjoyable rapids like Return to Sender, Roller Coaster, Golf Course, Initiation, Double Trouble, Hilton, etc. Your rafting guide will brief you about all the commands and safety tricks. Enjoy Cliff Jumping and Body Surfing on the way.

The rafting session will end at Nim Beach, change and departure.

Luxury tents accommodation for 1 night on a sharing basis (camp with attached washrooms).
Pre-designed buffet for 3-time meals at our restaurant (as per the plan) – 01 Breakfast, 01 Lunch, 01 Dinner per person.

Booking is subject to availability.
Rafting Booking Cancellation – No money refund on the same day of the tour.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All reservations are deemed tentative till an advance of 50% payment is received.

The 50% advance payment is to be disbursed within 1 day (24-hour cut-off) of making a reservation.

Balance of 50% at the time of arrival. If the advance payment is not received within the specified time, the reservation stands canceled.

Please note: –

In case of a rafting trip on the day of arrival, the guests are advised to reach camp by 11.30 AM. The last rafting session for the day will start at 1.30 PM. The day rafting trip will be canceled if the arrival is later than 1.00 pm.

We regret we cannot compensate where the performance of our duty is affected by force majeure, any incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, anticipate or avoid. Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected government acts, riots, civil strife, natural disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme weather conditions, and other similar incidents beyond our capability to manage.

The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid will be adjusted against future trips.

Personal accident Insurance is advisable when booking an adventure tour. Persons not fit for trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness are advised not to participate in rigorous travel programs. The insurance should cover death, injury, theft of the client’s personal property, and medical expenses. Activities with greater risk such as White-water rafting and Mountaineering should be covered.

Cancellation Clause:

Prior information of any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Camp Majestic reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable)

If the cancellation is made:

– 2 weeks in advance 25% Cancellation charge

– 1 week in advance 50% Cancellation charge

– Less than a week 100% Cancellation charge
