Tour Itinerary

Day 01 :- Arrive Camp and Enjoy Adventure Activities.

Afternoon arrival at jungle luxury camping spot at Shivpuri / Kaudiyala. Traditional welcome drinks on arrival.

Post lunch, get ready for Jungle Trekking.

The evening is spared for much-needed relaxation. Sit around the bonfire with your fellow adventure enthusiasts and discuss the events of the day. Have dinner and overnight stay here.

Day 02 : – Camp Games & Holi Celebration.

The wake-up call will be at a leisurely 7:00 am (this is an adventure trip). Hot tea and biscuits await you in the dining area amidst the cacophony of the numerous beautiful birds, which are almost like the residents of the camp. Breakfast will be served at 8:00 am. After breakfast, you can explore nearby the campsite or play camp games like Volleyball, Badminton, Cricket, etc.

Today, you are free to celebrate a safe Holi at Camp with Music. Have lunch and then take some rest.

Evening, you can enjoy the camp games like Volleyball, Badminton, Cricket, Chess and more.

Evening bonfire will be waiting for you. Have dinner and overnight stay here.

Day 03 :- Rafting On Ganga & Breakfast.

A wake-up call will be given at the camp. Breakfast will be served at 8:00 am. You can explore nearby the campsite or play camp games- Volleyball, Badminton, Cricket, etc.

Today is the main activity you have been waiting for, that is, adventure activity– Rafting!

Post lunch, drive to the river rafting point Shivpuri and enjoy river rafting on hilarious rapids in Ganga like- Return to Sender, Roller Coaster, Golf Course, Club House, Double Trouble, etc.

Rafting ends at Nim Beach Point, change your clothes here and return to the campsite.

Rafting Stretch will booked on an advance basis only.
Booking is subject to availability.
Rafting Booking Cancellation – No money refund on the same day of the tour.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All reservations are deemed tentative till an advance of 50% payment is received.

The 50% advance payment is to be disbursed within 1 day (24-hour cut-off) of making a reservation.

Balance of 50% at the time of arrival. If the advance payment is not received within the specified time, the reservation stands canceled.

Please note: –

In case of a rafting trip on the day of arrival, the guests are advised to reach camp by 11.30 AM. The last rafting session for the day will start at 1.30 PM. The day rafting trip will be canceled if the arrival is later than 1.00 pm.

We regret we cannot compensate where the performance of our duty is affected by force majeure, any incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, anticipate or avoid. Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected government acts, riots, civil strife, natural disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme weather conditions, and other similar incidents beyond our capability to manage.

The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid will be adjusted against future trips.

Personal accident Insurance is advisable when booking an adventure tour. Persons not fit for trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness are advised not to participate in rigorous travel programs. The insurance should cover death, injury, theft of the client’s personal property, and medical expenses. Activities with greater risk such as White-water rafting and Mountaineering should be covered.

Cancellation Clause:

Prior information of any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Camp Majestic reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable)

If the cancellation is made:

– 2 weeks in advance 25% Cancellation charge

– 1 week in advance 50% Cancellation charge

– Less than a week 100% Cancellation charge

NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS
