About the Corporate Tour in Rishikesh

Camping in Rishikesh offers you a well-managed corporate outdoor adventure package in Rishikesh. In this package, you will get all kinds of support, which are required for your corporate groups like entertainment and fun, corporate getaways, conferencing programs, and much more.

A corporate outdoor is the best option to motivate your team members and create a learning atmosphere in the natural environment, where they can learn while being involved in certain interactive exercises and adventurous activities.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Campsite.

Check-in at the campsite at noon and non-alcoholic welcome drinks will be served on arrival ( hot/ cold ). After that, have a hot buffet lunch at 1:00 pm.

Enjoy the team building activity session at 2:00 pm, which includes games like Spider Web, traffic jam, blindfold, blind squire, fill the Bucket, spacecraft, Mind Field, Treasure Hunt, handicap walk, and Passing the Ring, etc.
Evening tea/coffee with cookies at 6:00 pm. Then enjoy an evening bonfire with vegetarian snacks and light music at 7:30 pm.

At 9:00 pm, enjoy a delicious buffet dinner (two restaurants 60 Pax + 40 Pax Ratio) and an overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 02: Rafting & Adventure activities

Start your morning at 7:00 am with tea/coffee and cookies. After that, take a hot buffet breakfast at 7:30 am. Now, proceed to the rock climbing and rappelling site at 1:00 am. Return to the campsite and have some rest. Evening, at around 6:00 pm, enjoy tea/coffee with cookies.

Enjoy a bonfire with vegetarian snacks and light music at 7:30 pm. Dinner at 9:00 pm and overnight stay at the campsite.

Day 03: Nature Trek and departure

Wake up call at 7:00 am, have tea/coffee with cookies, and proceed for Nature Trek near the campsite. At 9:00 am, return to the campsite and take your delicious breakfast.

At 10:00 am, check out from the campsite.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All reservations are deemed tentative till an advance of 50% payment is received.

The 50% advance payment is to be disbursed within 1 day (24-hour cut-off) of making a reservation.

Balance of 50% at the time of arrival. If the advance payment is not received within the specified time, the reservation stands canceled.

Please note: –

In case of a rafting trip on the day of arrival, the guests are advised to reach camp by 11.30 AM. The last rafting session for the day will start at 1.30 PM. The day rafting trip will be canceled if the arrival is later than 1.00 pm.

We regret we cannot compensate where the performance of our duty is affected by force majeure, any incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, anticipate or avoid. Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected government acts, riots, civil strife, natural disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme weather conditions, and other similar incidents beyond our capability to manage.

The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid will be adjusted against future trips.

Personal accident Insurance is advisable when booking an adventure tour. Persons not fit for trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness are advised not to participate in rigorous travel programs. The insurance should cover death, injury, theft of the client’s personal property, and medical expenses. Activities with greater risk such as White-water rafting and Mountaineering should be covered.

Cancellation Clause:

Prior information of any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Camp Majestic reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable)

If the cancellation is made:

– 2 weeks in advance 25% Cancellation charge

– 1 week in advance 50% Cancellation charge

– Less than a week 100% Cancellation charge

NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS
