Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Camp Arrival & Activities
- Reach Camp by noon & check in to the camps.
- Welcome Drinks on arrival and camp Allotment.
- Freshen Up and have Lunch at the Restaurant.
- Enjoy Camp Games, like Volleyball, TT, and Badminton.
- Evening Guided River Side Visit.
- Bonfire with music & veg snacks.
- Dinner & Overnight Stay at Camp.
Day 02: Jungle Trekking & Departure
- Wake up early and witness the beautiful sunrise from the Campsite.
- Guided Jungle Trekking for 2 to 3 hours. You have the opportunity to explore the enchanting Himalayan serenity and waterfalls in the month of Monsoon.
- Have breakfast at the Campsite.
- Check out from Camps and drive back to your onward destination.

- Rafting Stretch will booked on an advance basis only.
- Booking is subject to availability.
- Rafting Booking Cancellation – No money refund on the same day of the tour.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
All reservations are deemed tentative till an advance of 50% payment is received.
The 50% advance payment is to be disbursed within 1 day (24-hour cut-off) of making a reservation.
Balance of 50% at the time of arrival. If the advance payment is not received within the specified time, the reservation stands canceled.
Please note: –
In case of a rafting trip on the day of arrival, the guests are advised to reach camp by 11.30 AM. The last rafting session for the day will start at 1.30 PM. The day rafting trip will be canceled if the arrival is later than 1.00 pm.
We regret we cannot compensate where the performance of our duty is affected by force majeure, any incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, anticipate or avoid. Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected government acts, riots, civil strife, natural disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme weather conditions, and other similar incidents beyond our capability to manage.
The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid will be adjusted against future trips.
Personal accident Insurance is advisable when booking an adventure tour. Persons not fit for trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness are advised not to participate in rigorous travel programs. The insurance should cover death, injury, theft of the client’s personal property, and medical expenses. Activities with greater risk such as White-water rafting and Mountaineering should be covered.
Cancellation Clause:
Prior information of any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Camp Majestic reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable)
If the cancellation is made:
– 2 weeks in advance 25% Cancellation charge
– 1 week in advance 50% Cancellation charge
– Less than a week 100% Cancellation charge
