Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Camping Fun

Camp Arrival Morning at 11:00 Am
Arriving at the campsite near Rishikesh, students receive a warm welcome with refreshing drinks. They can settle into their tents and explore the campsite.

Noon – Lunch at Camp:
Enjoy a buffet-style lunch with a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

1:00 PM – Group Activities / Adventure Time:
Engage in outdoor games like volleyball, cricket, or badminton. Optional activities like nature walks and hiking can also be enjoyed.

4:00 PM – Free Time and Riverside Relaxation:
Students can relax by the river, dip in the Ganges, or explore the surroundings.

5:00 PM – Evening Snacks with Tea/Coffee:
Re-energize with tea, coffee, and light snacks while enjoying the evening breeze.

7:00 PM – Bonfire and Music:
Gather around the bonfire with light music, games, and fun interaction. Group games or storytelling sessions can be great ways to foster team spirit.

8:30 PM – Dinner:
A buffet dinner is served, offering a variety of dishes.

10:00 PM – Overnight Stay in Tents:
Students retire to their tents for the night, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the camp.

Day 2: Rafting Adventure and Departure

7:30 AM – Morning Tea:
Wake to a refreshing cup of tea or coffee and soak in the early morning serenity.

8:00 AM – Breakfast:
A wholesome breakfast includes parathas, bread, eggs, and cereal.

9:00 AM – Departure for Rafting:
Check out from the camp and head to the rafting starting point (Shivpuri or Marine Drive). Students receive safety gear (life jackets, helmets) and a briefing from the rafting guide.

10:00 AM – Rafting Begins (16-18 km stretch):
The group embarks on an exciting rafting adventure through Grade II and III rapids. For added fun, they can try cliff jumping and body surfing.

12:30 PM – Rafting Ends at Shivpuri or NIM Beach:
Rafting concludes at Shivpuri or NIM Beach. Students can change into dry clothes and relax.

1:00 PM – Departure for Home:
After rafting, the group can explore nearby cafes or Rishikesh’s iconic spots before departing home.

Terms & Conditions

Any Travel Insurance, such as accident, theft, medical, evacuation, etc is not a part of the package.
The cost does not include any local transfers to/from camp.
Camping will be on a sharing basis double/Triple/Quad depending on availability
Dress accordingly during the stay.
Camping is basic. One must not expect luxuries.
Do not carry drugs/weapons/firearms/jewelry and valuables with you. The camp does not have locker facilities.
Drive or take Public transport with the help of the camp and reach the rafting starting location on your own.
No rebate for meals and activities not consumed/availed. No Transport included.
Bonfire is common for everyone.
The camp is on the outskirts of Rishikesh.
All activities are subject to weather conditions.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or medically physically unfit will not be allowed for the activity.
You can carry your mobile phones/cameras as guides have a dry bag while rafting (no guarantee will be taken).

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
