Crossfire Beach Camp is one of Rishikesh’s best white sand beach camps. It is located alongside the Rishikesh-Badrinath highway, 21 kms away from Rishikesh city. It has a fantastic location on the bank of the Ganga River, a big white sand beach, and hills and wildlife jungle on the other side.
To reach the campsite, you must cross the river Ganga; only then will it be known as ‘Riverside Beach Camping.’ River Ganga creates incredible rapids beside the tent called ‘Crossfire.’ A small trek down the campway is 90 meters from the roadside, and a camp staff member takes you across the Ganga River in a boat.
ACCOMMODATION
It has safari tents for a night stay at the camping site. Dense forests cover this campsite, so it is always excellent in the daytime and summer. The camp has standard dry pit toilets and a few western fixed toilets with running water, separate from the tents.
FOOD & DINING
The camp provides delicious North Indian cuisine during the camp stay. The food is served in a buffet in the dining area. Three meals per day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – are served daily. Breakfast and lunch are pure vegetarian. Meanwhile, dinner can be nonveg, on demand.
ACTIVITIES
The camp has a natural white sand beach alongside the Ganga River where you can enjoy beach volleyball, badminton games, and water sports like kayaking, swimming, and body surfing.
