Christmas Celebration in Rishikesh

Celebrate your Christmas holidays at Rishikesh camps with Camp Majestic. Beautifully designed luxury camping destination is located on Badrinath highway, Shivpuri, Rishikesh surrounded by splendid green hills on its backdrop. On the occasion of Christmas camp offers you “Complimentary River rafting “from Shivpuri to Nim Beach Rishikesh. Other special attractions are one day light music during the bonfire and one-day DJ / Live guitarist performance for 3 hours. Cocktail unlimited snacks, Gala dinner, and cake ceremony will be arranged on the 24th Evening.

Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Camp

Arrive at Camp, traditional welcome, and have the welcome drink upon arrival. Check in to your allotted camps. Lunch will be arranged at 1:30 at the dining area in the buffet system. Post lunch we can take you to the bank of river Ganga around 500 meters from the camp. You can enjoy swimming or playing beach volleyball here.

Evening returns to the campsite. Enjoy hi-tea with some cookies. After darkness enjoys a bonfire, music, and with some snacks. Dinner and overnight stay at camp.

Day 02: River Rafting and Christmas Celebration

Morning post breakfast we will take you Shivpuri for river rafting 16Kms. Afternoon return to camp and take some rest.

Evening ready for Christmas Evening Celebration:

DJ Music, Bonfire, Unlimited veg. /nonveg. snacks, Gala Dinner, and Christmas Cake.

Enjoy the party. Overnight stay at camp.

Day 03: Return to your destination

Morning breakfast at camp at 9:00 am. Post breakfast check out from camp and return to your destination with sweet memories of the Christmas celebration with Camp Majestic Rishikesh.

Rafting Stretch will booked on an advance basis only.
Booking is subject to availability.
Rafting Booking Cancellation – No money refund on the same day of the tour.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All reservations are deemed tentative till an advance of 50% payment is received.

The 50% advance payment is to be disbursed within 1 day (24-hour cut-off) of making a reservation.

Balance of 50% at the time of arrival. If the advance payment is not received within the specified time, the reservation stands canceled.

Please note: –

In case of a rafting trip on the day of arrival, the guests are advised to reach camp by 11.30 AM. The last rafting session for the day will start at 1.30 PM. The day rafting trip will be canceled if the arrival is later than 1.00 pm.

We regret we cannot compensate where the performance of our duty is affected by force majeure, any incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, anticipate or avoid. Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected government acts, riots, civil strife, natural disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme weather conditions, and other similar incidents beyond our capability to manage.

The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid will be adjusted against future trips.

Personal accident Insurance is advisable when booking an adventure tour. Persons not fit for trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy, or mental illness are advised not to participate in rigorous travel programs. The insurance should cover death, injury, theft of the client’s personal property, and medical expenses. Activities with greater risk such as White-water rafting and Mountaineering should be covered.

Cancellation Clause:

Prior information of any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory. Camp Majestic reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable)

If the cancellation is made:

– 2 weeks in advance 25% Cancellation charge

– 1 week in advance 50% Cancellation charge

– Less than a week 100% Cancellation charge
