There is good news for devotees, that On the occasion of Vasant Panchami, the official date of the starting of Badrinath Yatra 2017 was declared from the Narendranagar Raj Mahal by Tehri royal family posterity Manabendra Shah. According to the announcement, the opening day of the pious shrine has been fixed as 6th May 2017. The date is decided by the priest of the temple, Krishna Prashad.
